Advanced Contracts

A total review of the elements of a valid contract as it relates to real estate listings and sales contracts. Course uses a problems approach with over 40 problems brought up for discussion. Course addresses the new power of attorney law, requirements that all listings be signed by all owners, dealing with “as is” clauses and errors in estimates of acreage contained in deeds.
