VAR BROKER PRE-LICENSING COURSE

Are you ready to step up your game? Take your career to the next level by completing the Broker Pre-Licensing Course, which starts on Sept. 23!

This 40-hour course will prepare licensed real estate sales agents to assume the responsibilities of a real estate brokerage. The class will equip you to understand the specific job functions of a broker, with a focus on leadership, management skills, communication and business systems needed to operate a successful brokerage. Each night, you will complete reading assignments and a review of real estate math.

You must attend all five classes to receive a certificate and to qualify to take the broker exam.

Sales agents attending the full class will receive 8 hours of continuing education.
