The inaugural VAR Leadership Academy class gathered in Killington on July 14-15 for its fourth session of the year, spending two days focused on leadership development, collaboration, and service to the association.

On the first day, the class was joined by Matt Harrington, CEO of the Southwestern Vermont Chamber Enterprise, for an engaging leadership workshop. Participants explored strategies for navigating conflict, building stronger communities, leading through challenging situations, and managing the mental and physical demands that often accompany leadership roles.

On the second day, the Leadership Academy members welcomed more than 100 REALTORS® from across the state to VAR’s Legal Hoopla. From greeting attendees to helping create a positive and engaging atmosphere, the class played an important role in supporting one of VAR’s signature educational events while continuing to strengthen their own leadership and networking skills.
