VAR members receive complimentary access to FOREWARN, a powerful safety and prospect-verification tool. Using just a phone number or name, REALTORS® can quickly verify information before meeting a prospective client, helping create safer, more informed interactions.

FOREWARN provides access to identity and contact information, address and property history, financial indicators, and criminal records. It’s an added layer of protection for both REALTORS® and their clients.

ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

SET UP YOUR FOREWARN ACCOUNT
  • Set up your FOREWARN account using the email address associated with your VAR membership.
  • Open the activation email from FOREWARN and follow the instructions.
  • Enter the authentication code sent to your phone and create your password.
  • Download the FOREWARN app or access your account online.
