ONLINE EVENING CLASS – 40-Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Class
The Real Estate Salesperson Pre-licensing class is required in addition to taking Vermont’s real estate exam. This class will provide you with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and all of the ins and outs of being a licensed agent.

- Thursday, November 20th
- Tuesday, November 25th
- Tuesday, December 2nd
- Wednesday, December 3rd
- Tuesday, December 9th
- Wednesday, December 10th
- Tuesday, December 16th (Vermont Law portion)
- Wednesday, December 17th (Vermont Law portion)
All Days are from 5:00pm – 9:00pm
You must attend all classes in order to receive a completion certificate.
