Home Energy Options and Audits: For Real Estate Agents
Breakfast and registration start at 9:30am, class starts at 10am.
Buying a home is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life. A buyer should have all the information about a home before making the decision to purchase. Information provided by a home energy audit can answer a buyer’s questions regarding the efficiency of the home’s heating system and what can be done to improve a home’s energy efficiency. Real estate agents with a general understanding of home energy efficiency can serve as a better resource for their clients during the home-buying process.
