SUMMER SALE! 40-Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Class

The Real Estate Salesperson Pre-licensing class is required in addition to taking Vermont’s real estate exam. This class will provide you with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and all of the ins and outs of being a licensed agent.

Class dates:

• Monday, June 2nd, 2025
• Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025
• Wednesday, June 4th, 2025
• Tuesday, June 10th, 2025
• Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 (Vermont Law Day)

All Days are from 8:00am – 4:30pm

You must attend all classes in order to receive a completion certificate.
