Vermont Real Estate Law Class – 8 hours – Zoom

The duration of this course is 8 hours. Course covers the laws pertaining to Vermont real estate. It is a full day that is part of the pre-licensing course.

This course is useful to the pre-licensing student as well as the licensed agent who would like to re-acquaint themselves with VT real estate law.  This course DOES NOT take the place of the 2020-2022 Renewal Cycle Mandatory Course.

For the pre-licensing student, this course is included in the pre-licensing course fee, please let us know if you would like to be added to the registration.

Class is being offered via ZOOM.  A working camera and reliable internet are required. 

For those already licensed this class counts for 8 hrs of CE.
