“I am excited to partner with the Vermont Association of Realtors® leadership and staff to continue providing incredible value to our members and the communities we serve,” said Kyle. “VAR has a culture of servant leadership and I look forward to building upon that foundation and enhancing our relationships with members, affiliates, and community leaders across the state.”

He will officially assume the role of CEO for the Vermont Association of Realtors® on October 20, succeeding Kathy Sweeten, who has led the association with dedication for more than 22 years.
