Vermont Realtors® is offering the 40-hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course in June! This course prepares licensed sales agents to assume the responsibilities of real estate brokerage by providing a thorough understanding of the industry and specific job functions of that designation.

Some of the topics include leadership and management skills, communication, and structuring business systems. There will be nightly reading assignments and a review of real estate math.

In order to receive your certificate and qualify to take the Broker Exam, you must attend all 5 days of classes.
