Broker Pre-Licensing and Salesperson Pre-Licensing

VAR will kick off the summer with TWO great career opportunities! If you want to grow your real estate team, now is the time! The 40-hour VAR Salesperson Pre-Licensing Class will be held in June! The 5-day class starts on June 3.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Sign up today for VAR’s Broker Pre-Licensing Course, which will start on June 17 in Brattleboro. This 5-day course will give you insights into leadership and management skills, business systems and much more!


The Salesperson Pre-Licensing class provides a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and insights into becoming a licensed real estate agent. This 40-hour class is required to become a licensed real estate agent in Vermont. The class will prepare students for the Vermont real estate exam, which must be successfully completed in order to obtain a real estate license.

The class will be offered June 3, 5, 7, 11 and 12 at the Franklin Conference Center in Rutland. Class times are 8am-4:30pm. Registration is $550 and includes all books and materials.



Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate career? VAR will offer the Broker Pre-Licensing class on June 17, 18, 24, 25 and 26 at the Hampton Inn in Brattleboro.

This class will help prepare you for your new leadership role as a real estate broker! The Vermont Broker exam must be successfully completed to obtain a broker’s license. Registration is $750. Sales agents attending the full class will receive 8 hours of continuing education credits.
