VAR Announces Partnership with SentriLock
We are excited to announce a historic partnership with SentriLock beginning this Spring. The first of its kind for a state REALTOR® association, this partnership will provide industry-leading electronic key and lockbox services to VAR members.
As you may know, PrimeMLS will no longer offer electronic key and lockbox services through Supra. Existing users will be able to turn in their leased Supra lockboxes and complete a 1:1 exchange for a SentriLock lockbox at no additional charge at our in-person event.
Our lockbox swap event will be held at the Hampton Inn in Colchester, VT on March 31st and April 1st. Comprehensive training will be provided for all eKey users on both of the aforementioned dates. A welcome and training registration email will be sent from SentriLock directly with more information. Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure we have adequate time to program your lockboxes while you are completing the training.

SentriLock will email members about appointment times and event registration details. Registration is required.
- To maintain consistency through the transition from Supra, VAR Brokers will still be responsible for the lockboxes leased through SentriLock. HOWEVER, brokers are now able to assign lockbox rights to agents in their office as they see fit.
- Additional lockboxes outside of the lease agreement will be available for purchase at a discounted price of $49+ shipping until the end of the year. Afterwards, refurbished lockboxes will available for purchase at the same price. New lockboxes will also be available at a higher rate beginning in 2027.
- All VAR members will be offered a free 90-day trial with SentriLock as an added member benefit. For existing eKey users, the 90-day trial will come in the form of delayed billing.
