The Vermont Association of Realtors® (VAR) is proud to announce Sandy Reavill as the 2025 Realtor® of the Year, the Association’s highest honor for professionalism, service, and commitment to the Realtor® spirit.

The award recognizes members who uphold business integrity, the Realtor® Code of Ethics, and good real estate practices among peers and the public. Sandy exemplifies these values as both a managing broker and principal broker, always holding herself and her agents to the highest standards.

She is also a major investor in RPAC, advancing Realtor® advocacy statewide.

Her commitment extends beyond real estate. She serves on the Quechee Lakes DEI Council, Vermont Womenpreneurs, and the Upper Valley Business Alliance, while supporting community projects such as the Abenaki Garden. Within Realtor® leadership, Sandy has served as Vice President and President of the Windsor County Board of Realtors®, chaired multiple committees, raised funds for local nonprofits, and now serves on the Upper Valley Board of Realtors®, the VAR Executive Committee, and the VAR Board of Directors.

Recognized as a mentor and advocate for young professionals, Sandy has encouraged emerging leaders to grow into successful brokers and innovators. Her vision emphasizes adaptability, diversity, and expanded access to education for all Realtors®.

“Sandy has been an invaluable asset to the VAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors,” said VAR President Tg Glazer. “Her insight, expertise, and thoughtful advocacy have strengthened our Association.”
