VAR is among an elite group of states winning the National Association of Realtors®’ President’s Cup. The President’s Cup recognizes the hard work state and local Realtor® leaders and association staff perform to advance the Realtor® Party. This is the 7th year VAR has won this award.

Each year, NAR challenges states to achieve important advocacy and RPAC goals, including:

√ Average response rate of 20 percent on NAR Calls for Action

√ Host a voter registration drive by election day

√ Increase the number of Realtor® Party Mobile Alert subscribers

√ Host at least one hour-long state broker meeting and/or use NAR’s Broker Involvement Program on a state Call for Action Program at least once during the calendar year

In addition, states mus meet or exceed five RPAC goals, including:

√ National RPAC Fundraising goal

√ Federal RPAC disbursements allocation

√ 1 percent of members as major investors

√ 10 percent of major investors as President’s Circle members

√ 37 percent participation
