Ma7 5-6, 2026 – Stowe, VT: The Vermont Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy gathered in Stowe, VT, for its third session of the year. Over the course of two days, the class participated in the L.E.A.D. Vision Course, facilitated by 2011 National Association of REALTORS® President Ron Phipps. Throughout the course, academy members participated in group discussions highlighting the importance of having a strong vision, team building, and mentorship. The L.E.A.D. Vision Course empowered academy members to learn about their “why” and prepared them to make changes in their organizations while handling adversity with confidence.

Additionally, leadership academy members networked with VAR and NAR leaders during an evening reception hosted by the Phipps’ family. The next Leadership Academy session will take place in Killington, VT, in conjunction with the VAR Legal Hoopla.
