Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+.

By earning the SRES® Designation, you have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

The Vermont Association of Realtors® is offering the SRES Designation course on Sept. 27-28 in Montpelier! Join instructor Roseann Farrow for this 2-day designation course. Guest speakers include elder law attorney Glenn Jarrett, ESQ. and reverse mortgage specialist Scott Funk. There is no exam for this course.

She instructs licensing and CE courses, Instructor Development, Course Development and the national designation courses ABR, CIPS, CBR, CRB, GREEN, GRI, ITI, PSA, RSPS, SRES and SRS. As a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), she is the NYS Liaison for The CE Shop.
