At Home With Diversity

At Home With Diversity® is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. More importantly, the class teaches REALTORS® how to work effectively with—and within—a rapidly changing multicultural market. Diversifying your clientele means learning the practical skills and tools to expand business and effectively service all cultural groups. This certification addresses issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences. The course teaches you to transact business in culturally competent ways.

How to earn the At Home With Diversity® certification:

  • Successfully complete the one-day At Home With Diversity® Course
  • Submit application and one-time application fee of $49
  • Be a member in good standing in NAR (or International member)

e-Pro®

e-Pro®

NAR’s e-PRO® certification program was developed through a partnership of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Social Media Marketing Institute (SMMI) to help real estate professionals broaden their technology skills and compete effectively in today’s market. The first day of e-PRO® coursework covers a wide range of topics, including the changing market, reputation management, and how to use new real estate technologies to your advantage. The second day of the e-PRO® online course teaches you how to use advanced technologies and social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to build your business.

How to earn e-PRO® certification:

Military Relocation Professional (MRP)

Active duty personnel number more than 1.1 million; approximately 70% choose private sector homes for their housing needs. Veterans number more than 22 million and real estate transactions for relocating military personnel are unique in many aspects. NAR’s Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification offers education and resources to help real estate professionals provide the real estate services that meet the needs of service members and veterans and win future referrals.
