Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Class

The Vermont Realtors® pre-licensing class is approved by the Vermont Real Estate Commission as a prerequisite for applying for a Vermont real estate license. The key to passing any exam is not knowing the most information but knowing the right information. Vermont Realtors® employs instructors who are the benchmark of quality for test preparation.

In order to become a licensed real estate agent in the State of Vermont, three things are required:

  1. Complete a 40-hour prelicensing course
  2. Pass the national and state exam
  3. Be affiliated with a Vermont-licensed principal broker/office

More information about Vermont’s real estate exam testing can be found here.
